The only moment anything actually changes for your visitors is the DNS switch at the end, and by then the new environment has already been tested and confirmed working.

  • 2. Copy — everything rebuilt on our platform while your current host keeps running.
  • 3. Test — the new site checked properly, including forms and checkout.
  • 4. Prepare DNS — TTLs lowered ahead of the switch, mail authentication rebuilt.
  • 5. Cutover — scheduled outside your busy hours, typically minutes.
  • 6. Verify — site, email and records all confirmed on the new platform.
  • 7. Fallback kept — your old host stays available until you are happy.

Is it really free?
Yes, for customers moving to us. It is not a limited-time offer or capped at one site — it is simply how we onboard people, because a bad migration costs us more in support than doing it properly costs in time.
Will my site go down?
It should not. The new environment is built and tested before DNS changes, and the DNS switch itself is near-instant with lowered TTLs. Email cutover is scheduled to a quiet window to avoid mail arriving in two places.
Will this hurt my search rankings?
Not if the migration preserves URLs, redirects and content, which is what we do. Rankings are damaged by changing URL structures or dropping redirects, not by changing hosting provider. If anything, a faster host helps.
What if something is wrong afterwards?
Your previous host stays available as a fallback until you confirm you are satisfied. If we find a problem, we fix it on our platform rather than rushing you into signing off.
How long does it take?
A typical business website is a day or two from start to cutover, most of which is testing rather than copying. Large portfolios are migrated in batches so nothing depends on a single risky weekend.
