Domains
Domain registration.
International and Jordanian domains in one account — registered in your name, renewed on time, with DNS you control.
Your domain is the one thing you cannot afford to lose
It carries your website, your email, and increasingly your identity in every system that authenticates against it. Losing control of one is disproportionately damaging — and it almost never happens through hacking. It happens through admin.
The two classic failures are the same everywhere: a domain registered in the name of a former employee or a web designer who has moved on, and a renewal notice sent to an inbox nobody monitors any more. Both are entirely preventable.
How we manage domains
Registered to you
Your business is the registrant, with your contact details. We administer the domain on your behalf; we never hold it as leverage.
Managed renewals
Renewal dates tracked and actioned by us, so a domain never lapses because a notice went to an address that no longer exists.
.jo domains
Jordanian domain registration handled locally, alongside .com, .net, .org and the other international extensions.
DNS control
Full DNS management with changes made carefully and recorded, so anything can be reversed quickly if needed.
Transfers in
Bringing domains under management from another registrar or a previous agency, including ones with unclear ownership.
Privacy protection
WHOIS privacy where the extension supports it, so your personal details are not published to every scraper on the internet.
DNS is where outages actually happen
A single wrong record takes down mail for a week.
DNS changes look trivial and are not. A misconfigured MX record stops inbound mail without any error being shown. A missing SPF entry sends your outbound mail to spam folders. A stale A record points a share of your visitors at a server that no longer exists.
We treat DNS as production infrastructure: changes are planned, TTLs are lowered before a cutover, the previous state is recorded, and delivery is verified afterwards instead of assumed.
- Documented zones — you can see what every record is for.
- Planned changes with TTLs managed around any cutover.
- Mail authentication — SPF, DKIM and DMARC maintained deliberately.
- Reversible — prior state recorded before every change.
- Verified afterwards — propagation and delivery actually checked.
