Can clients see that you are the host?
Not unless you want them to. Custom nameservers and branded panel access mean your clients deal with your brand. We stay behind you.
How many accounts can I create?
It depends on the plan and, more importantly, on what those sites actually do. Twenty small brochure sites and twenty busy WooCommerce stores are very different workloads. Tell us the portfolio and we will size it.
What if a client wants to leave?
We will provide a standard cPanel backup so the account can move cleanly to another provider. We do not make leaving difficult — that is what pushed most resellers away from their previous host.
Do you support me, or my clients?
You, by default. You keep the client relationship and we back you up. If you would rather we spoke to a client directly on a specific issue, that can be arranged.
