What we do, plainly
Host Jordan provides web hosting, domain registration, virtual and dedicated servers, business email and SSL certificates to businesses operating in Jordan and the region.
That is a deliberately narrow list. Hosting is an operational business — the value is not in the feature table, it is in whether the platform is patched, whether backups restore, whether email is authenticated correctly, and whether a competent person picks up when you call. Those are the things we concentrate on.
Our customers range from small businesses running their first proper website through to agencies hosting portfolios of client sites and companies running production applications on dedicated servers.
How we work
Local, genuinely
Based in Amman, working your week, speaking Arabic and English. Not a reseller badge on somebody else's platform in another timezone.
Honest sizing
We size accounts to the workload and tell you where the limits are. We do not advertise unlimited anything and then throttle you for using it.
We migrate for free
Moving hosts is the barrier that keeps people on bad providers. We remove it by doing the migration ourselves at no charge.
No lock-in
Standard cPanel, standard backups, standard exports. If you ever want to leave, everything you need is yours on request.
We say no
If a VPS would not fix your problem, or a dedicated server is overkill, we will tell you — including when the honest answer earns us less.
Documentation
Your DNS, accounts and configuration are recorded and handed over, so nothing depends on one person's memory.

Host Jordan focuses on hosting, domains and servers. Where a customer needs capability beyond that — cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, business telephony, managed IT support or custom software — that work is delivered under IT.JO.
The split is deliberate. Hosting is a product business with its own operational discipline; broader IT services are a consulting relationship. Keeping them distinct means each is run properly rather than one being an afterthought of the other.
