Why "unlimited" is not a feature

Every server has limits. The question is who tells you about them.

Unlimited storage and unlimited bandwidth are marketing, not engineering. Every shared server has finite CPU, memory and disk, and a provider advertising no limits is simply choosing not to tell you where they are — until your account gets throttled or suspended for using them.

We would rather size your account to the workload and say plainly what it will handle. When a site outgrows shared hosting, we tell you and move you to a VPS rather than quietly degrade your performance.

Web hosting questions

Do you charge for migration?
No. Moving your site, databases and mailboxes from your current host is included when you move to us. We build and test on our platform before changing DNS, and keep your old host as a fallback until you confirm everything works.
Which control panel do you use?
cPanel. It is what most developers and agencies already know, which means you are not locked into a proprietary interface and any competent web developer can work with your account.
Can I host more than one website?
Yes, depending on the plan. Tell us how many sites and roughly what each one does, and we will size an account that covers all of them properly rather than squeezing them into the wrong tier.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
We can restore from a known-good backup, then help identify the entry route — usually an outdated plugin, a weak password or an unpatched theme — and close it. Keeping WordPress updated is covered under WordPress hosting.
Where are the servers located?
We can host in Jordan or in European data centres depending on your audience and any data residency requirements. Tell us where your visitors are and we will recommend accordingly.
