Business Email
Business email that arrives.
Mailboxes on your own domain, configured so your messages reach the inbox instead of the spam folder.
Your address says something before you do
An email from a generic free address and an email from your own domain carry different weight, particularly on a first approach to a customer or supplier. It is the cheapest credibility a business can buy.
But the address is the easy part. The hard part is deliverability — making sure the message actually arrives. That is where most business email quietly fails.
"Our email goes to spam" is almost always DNS
The message sends successfully. It simply never arrives.
This is the most common email complaint we hear, and the cause is nearly always authentication rather than content. Receiving servers now check whether your domain has authorised the sender, and if those records are missing, wrong, or left over from a previous provider, your mail is treated as suspicious.
We configure and maintain the three records that matter on every domain we host, and we check them when taking over an existing setup — which is where we usually find the problem.
- SPF — declares which servers may send mail for your domain.
- DKIM — cryptographically signs your outbound mail.
- DMARC — tells receivers what to do when checks fail, and reports on it.
- Reverse DNS and sending reputation checked on the mail platform.
- Post-migration verification — delivery actually tested, not assumed.
What is included
Your own domain
Addresses at yourcompany.com or your .jo domain, with as many mailboxes and aliases as the business needs.
Works everywhere
IMAP and SMTP, so Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail app and phones all sync properly. Plus webmail for when you are on someone else's computer.
Spam filtering
Filtering tuned so that it catches junk without quietly discarding a genuine customer enquiry. Quarantine is reviewable, not a black hole.
Shared mailboxes
Addresses like info@, sales@ and support@ that several people can access, with aliases and forwarding as needed.
Authentication done right
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured at setup and maintained afterwards, not left as an afterthought.
Migration included
Existing mailboxes, folders and contacts moved across, with the cutover scheduled so no mail is lost in between.
